How does Burna AI import clinical notes from the EHR?

Coordinators search for a patient inside the Burna AI provider portal, browse the patient's encounters by date range, and import notes with one click directly into the CTCAE grading workflow. Patient assignment happens automatically. Imports can be undone if the wrong encounter was selected. Clinical note content is extracted reliably even when notes are embedded as base64 attachments inside the FHIR DocumentReference.
