What is Care Journal?

Care Journal is the patient-facing mobile module of the Burna AI platform. Patients receive a token-based, passwordless enrollment tied to a specific protocol, site, and cycle, then log symptoms from their phone with voice or text input in any of seven supported languages. Submissions flow through the full CTCAE Master Workflow; Grade 3 or higher events trigger automatic notifications to the assigned provider with a time-based action deadline. Built for accessibility: no passwords, voice input, large-tap targets, color-blind safe severity indicators.
